PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device favorably cutting a seal having an adhesive agent. SOLUTION: This cutting device, cutting a seal having an adhesive layer in at least one surface, is provided with a first blade having a blade edge abutting to the seal to cut it successively from one point of a cut position of the seal. The first blade is arranged so as to place the blade edge diagonal relating to a horizontal surface to a surface of the seal, and further arranged so as to lower down the blade edge almost vertically relating to a surface of this seal when it is cut.
