FLUORINE COMPOSITION AS SEALING MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluorine composition as a sealing material, having stabilized quality through diminishing the uniformity of dispersion peculiar to powder blending operation by avoiding foreign matters or contamination during the kneading process. SOLUTION: This fluorine composition is obtained by adding an inorganic acid solution to mixed liquid to cause cocoagulation. The mixed liquid is prepared by mixing fluorine elastomer suspension with fluorine resin suspension at the mass ratio of the elastomer to the resin of (95:5) to (5:95).
