PURPOSE: A mounting bracket of a transmission for a vehicle is provided to reduce components and assembly processes and to improve productivity by integrally forming a supporting unit and a stopper case supporting a transmission mounting from the transmission and a cross member. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for installing a transmission mounting installed between a trans cross member and a transmission not to directly transmit vibration or shock from road surface in traveling, a mounting bracket(10) of the transmission is composed of integrally forming a stopper case(12) covering a mounting rubber and supporting units(11). A pair of supporting units is connected to the transmission by a bolt. The stopper case preventing the mounting rubber from falling out is installed at the upside and lower side of the supporting units and formed with confronted protrusions(12a) inside.
