摘要 PURPOSE: To reduce a standby current without reducing operation speed of a semiconductor integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: This circuit has a plurality of switching transistors connecting power source terminals of a plurality of circuit blocks respectively to a power source line. A power source terminal of a circuit block operated with different timing out of circuit blocks are connected mutually by internal power source lines. A power source control circuit turns on simultaneously switching transistors connected to the internal power source lines according to operation of at least one of the circuit blocks connected to the internal power source lines. As the switching transistor can be shared by circuit blocks being not operated simultaneously, operation speed of the circuit blocks can be improved. As the sum total of size of the switching transistors can be reduced, a standby current can be reduced. Therefore, a semiconductor integrated circuit having high operation speed can be constituted without increasing a standby current.
