PURPOSE: A glitter manufacturing apparatus is provided to achieve superior quality of hexagonal or rectangular glitters by integrally forming a rotary blade of the glitter manufacturing apparatus through heat-treating special steel. CONSTITUTION: A glitter manufacturing apparatus includes a fixing blade(30) having a cooling water passage for allowing cooling water to pass therethrough. A rotary blade(10) is fixed in opposition to the fixing blade(30). Four blades are integrally formed with the rotary blade(10). A frame is provided to convey a film, which is pressed by driving rollers(150,151) driven by a flywheel, a rod and rod arms, towards the fixing blade(30). Multi-layered films are pressed by means of the driving rollers(150,151) and a pneumatic cylinder(50). A disc-shaped cam(80) is coupled to one end of a driven shaft so as to convey the film by alternately conveying the frame along concave and convex surfaces.
