PURPOSE: Provided is a health tobacco using Chinese medicines, unrefined rice wine and vinegar which has effect to enhance the health of a user while having a proper tobacco taste. CONSTITUTION: The health tobacco is produced by mixing unrefined rice wine with vinegar in the mixing ratio of 8:2, dipping 50% by weight, based on the total weight of Chinese medicines, of wormwood, Serratula deltoids, mulberry leaves, bamboo leaves and Perillae Herba, 30% by weight, based on the total weight of Chinese medicines, of Lonicera japonica Thunb, mint and Artemisia asiatica Herba, and 20% by weight, based on the total weight of Chinese medicines, of licorice root and tobacco in the mixture of unrefined rice wine and vinegar, followed by drying in a dark place for 12 hours and then at 40 deg.C for 2 hours, and cutting the dried materials.
