METHOD FOR PREPARING WATER TREATMENT AGENT USING MINERALS

PURPOSE: A method for preparing water treatment agent using minerals is provided to mix the water treatment agent with water injected into a water purifier so that mineral materials are contained in drinking water, and supply a mixture of the water treatment agent and water to plants so that growth of the plants is promoted. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing water treatment agent using minerals comprises first process of crushing minerals such as sericite, veinstone or phyllite in the ore state to a particle size corresponding to a sieve size of 60 to 150 mesh, and removing impurities by refining the crushed mineral; second process of heating and agitating the mixture after adding some of sulfuric acid solution and water to the mineral in the state that the refined mineral is put into a container having a high corrosion resistance so as to extract distilled water from the mixture; third process of preparing 20 to 40% aqueous sulfuric acid solution by mixing the distilled water extracted from the second process with an undiluted sulfuric acid solution; fourth process of heating the mixture in a sealed container to a temperature of 80 deg.C or higher for 10 hours after mixing the 20 to 40% aqueous sulfuric acid solution with the minerals agitated in the second process in a mixing ratio of 1:1; fifth process of extracting water treatment agent from which crushed ore is filtered by pressing the solution using a filter press, thereby penetrating the solution into a filter paper having a pore size of 2 microns; sixth process of thickening concentration of the water treatment agent by heating the extracted water treatment agent; and seventh process of extracting a sediment removed solution from a mixed solution in which sediments are settled down by leaving the mixture still for 24 hours after mixing the thickened water treatment agent with germanium contained underground water in a mixing ratio of 1:4.
