PURPOSE: A device for loading/servicing a credit card using a wireless communication network and a method thereof are provided to transmit a credit card to a client conveniently and enable the client to possess and manage the credit card easily by making the credit card as an application capable of being mounted in a wireless terminal. CONSTITUTION: A WAN(Wide Area Network) connection unit(401) is linked with a wireless communication network, receives credit card service request information through a credit card service member store using a wireless communication network from a wireless terminal including a medium having a credit card service authentication module, and transmits transaction approval information to the credit card service member store. A security managing unit(402) authenticates the credit card service request information from the WAN connection unit(401), codes the transaction approval information, and transmits the coded information to the WAN connection unit(401). A credit card transaction processing unit(403) creates approval request information of a corresponding member based on the credit card service request information authenticated in the security managing unit(402), and transmits the transaction approval information with respect to an approval request to the security managing unit(402). A credit card company connection unit(406) transmits the approval request information from the credit card transaction processing unit(403) to a credit card company joined by the corresponding member, and transmits the transaction approval information from the corresponding credit card company to the credit card transaction processing unit(403). A transaction details managing unit(404) is linked with the credit card transaction processing unit(403) and manages credit card service transaction details.
