PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin capable of removing a semi-finished product of bobbin safely and very simply away from a fiber yarn, allowing repetitive uses to assure a low cost, and managing well with yarn setting and/or doffing in an automatic machine. SOLUTION: The bobbin is structured so that a notch cut off in the axial direction is provided at the bobbin peripheral surface.
