<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard receiving system and an on-vehicle communica tion system with superior sensitivity and installing work efficiency. SOLUTION: In this onboard receiving system, a frequency converter 12 is arranged in the vicinity of an antenna 10, and an RF cable 11 is shortened. The frequency converter 12 is integrally formed with the antenna 10, and the RF cable 11 is minimized. At the same time, a shortened quantity is complemented by an IF cable 13. That is, an RF signal is converted into an IF signal in the middle, and is transmitted up to a demodulator 15. Since the IF signal is smaller in a loss by attenuation than the FR signal, a receiving characteristic is improved. The IF cable 13 is superior in flexibility to the RF cable 11. Thus, installation is facilitated. Even in this onboard communication system, a frequency converter is integrated into an antenna, or is arranged in the vicinity. For the same reason, a communication characteristic is improved, and installation of the system is facilitated.</p> |
