PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply various designs comprising recessed parts to the side part of a headrest, to facilitate the demolding of a headrest main body to simply and rapidly perform molding work and to stabilize the under shape of a skin material. SOLUTION: A locking member 25 is provided to the recessed part 21 formed to the side part of the skin material 17 and an insert block 31 is attached to the recessed part 21. The locking member 25 is formed from a synthetic resin clip. The synthetic resin clip is formed of an almost H-shaped H-clip 26 or an almost C-shaped C-clip 27. A locking slit 35 is formed to the insert block 31 and the synthetic resin clip as the locking member 25 is locked with the locking slit 35. The insert block 31 and the locking member 25 of the recessed part of the skin material 17 are locked and, after the monolithic foam molding of a pad material 18, the insert block 31 of the recessed part 21 of the side part of the skin material 17 is released from the locking state with the locking member 25 to be taken out. |
