PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-integrated synthetic resin foam molding method preventing the expansion phenomenon on the side of a skin material caused by the expansion of the interface of a base foamed layer by releasing pressure after demolding. SOLUTION: In the skin integrating synthetic resin foam molding method, the skin material 4 of a composite layer comprising a solid layer 5 and a cushioning layer 6 is set to the inside of the movable mold 3 of a mating mold consisting of a fixed mold 1 and the movable mold 3 to be mated with the fixed mold 1, and a synthetic resin foamable base material is injected on the side of the fixed mold 1 to perform foam molding. The fixed mold 1 is preliminarily cooled and the cushioning layer 6 is turned toward the fixed mold 1 to set the skin material 4 to the movable mold 3, and pressed to the cooled fixed mold 1 to inject a synthetic resin foamable base material to subject the same to foam molding. |
