PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscarinic acetylcholine neural system-labeling compound in good efficiency, capable of securing a sufficient stability from the synthesis to a PET measurement, and also performing the PET measurement with a high accuracy, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This muscarinic acetylcholine neural system-labeling compound is expressed with formula (1) [wherein, W is a group expressed by the following general formula (2) or (3) (wherein, R is a<18> F-labeled fluoromethyl group,<18> F- labeled fluoroethyl group or<18> F labeled fluoropropyl group), and the compound expressed by the formula (1) is a (+) - form, when the W is expressed by the formula (2)].
