PURPOSE: A marine filling station is provided to store and supply fuel to a ship conveniently regardless of pressure of sea water by moving a fuel storage tank up and down with forming a sea water port in a fuel storage tank container. CONSTITUTION: A fuel storage tank container(6) is installed in a marine filling station, and formed of four thick concrete walls. Guide rails(7) are formed at four inner walls of the fuel storage tank container. A sea water flow port(9) is formed in the middle of the outer wall, and through holes(9a) are formed in the outer wall. A guide rail(7a) is formed in a fuel storage tank(1) corresponding to the guide rail of the fuel storage tank container. Sea water flows in and out of the fuel storage tank container by installing the fuel storage tank on sea water in the fuel storage tank container.
