PURPOSE: To reduce current consumption and to hold stably stored data, in the case of self-refresh mode in which data are held. CONSTITUTION: Data specifying a refresh-mode performed in of a self-refresh mode are stored in a register circuit (24) in a mode register (2). Refresh-period/ region are decided, according to data stored in this register circuit (24), and a refresh-control circuit (22) generates a control signal and a refresh-address required for refreshing. |
