PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device in which the position of a movable die plate to start the extruding operation of a formed article is adjustable. SOLUTION: The locking device comprises: a movable plate 53 which is connected to an extrusion pin retractable to a moving die and held at the predetermined position movably relative to the movable die plate; an air cylinder 25 which is provided on a link housing 21, restricts the movement of the movable plate 53 in the die opening/closing directions A1 and A2 when the movable die plate 51 moves to the predetermined die opening position PD, and regulates only the movement of the movable plate 53 directed from the die opening position PD to further in the die opening direction; and position changing mechanisms 250, 251, 252 and 253 which can change their the positions of the air cylinder 25 relative to the link housing 21 along the die opening/closing directions A1 and A2.
