PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dried product of a seaweed extract obtained by drying the seaweed extract without spoiling the flavor of an extract liquid. SOLUTION: This method for producing the dried product of seaweed extract comprises the following process: making a seaweed extract liquid contain a cyclodextrine before drying the seaweed extract liquid, alternatively drying the liquid after extraction using a cyclodextrine-added solvent at 40-90 deg.C to obtain seaweed extract; wherein the weight ratio of the used cyclodextrine to the seaweed extract in the resultant dried product is 0.1-10. |
