摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene polymorphism in human neurokinin 1 receptor gene, and to provide its use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. SOLUTION: A nucleic acid portion originated from a human genome neurokinin 1 receptor (TACR1) gene locus, containing polymorphism sites is provided. An allele-specific primer and probe which hybridize with the sites and domains adjacent to the sites is provided. A method for analyzing a nucleic acid originated from an individual or an individual group is also provided. The nucleic acid, the primer, and the probe are useful for forensic medicines, paternal tests, medicine-containing applications, such as the correlation of phenotypic character with polymorphism, and genetic analyses, such as the genetic mapping of such the phenotypic character.
