PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an appliance for efficiently penetrating a fabric softener, or the like, to be fed into a spin-drier and a drier after washing of clothes to the clothes. SOLUTION: This surfactant diffuser is used to feed a liquid surfactant, such as the fabric softener, into a rotary drum of the spin-drier for wash and or drier for the wash and to diffuse the liquid surfactant into this drum. Carriers consisting of sponge, absorbent cotton, or the like, for absorbing and carrying the liquid surfactant are stowed into a vessel having one or a plurality of openings.
