PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable body measuring equipment which can always execute a body measurement, make a health examination result use of a constant health management based on body measurement data and be easily used by anyone and which has good handleability, and to provide a portable radio communication equipment, a portable body measuring radio communication system, a body measuring function-containing type portable radio communication equipment and a health managing system. SOLUTION: The portable body measuring equipment expedites a body measurement for a user at a time set to a time measuring unit 4 to measure a body temperature, a blood pressure, an electrocardiogram and a heart beat by a body measuring unit 5. The measured body measuring data are transferred to an interface unit 11 via a transmitting means of a portable telephone/PHS 13 to a health managing supporter side. Meanwhile, the health examination result based on the body measuring data is received from the supporter side to the interface unit 11 via a receiving means of the portable telephone/PHS 13. The body measuring data and the health examination result are stored in a RAM 10 and displayed on a display unit 8.
