PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity exhibiting case in which operability when it is folded can be improved. SOLUTION: The commodity exhibiting case 40 is constituted of a front wall 41, a back wall 42 arranged so as to be freely movable in parallel to this front wall 41 and provided in the approaching and separating directions to the front wall 41, a pair of side walls 43a and 43b having each a pair of movable panels 83 and 84 in which each base end part are connected with each of both side parts of the front wall 41 and the back wall 42 so as to freely perform angular displacement and connected with each of free end parts of a pair of movable panels 83 and 84 adjoining in the approaching and separating directions so as to mutually freely perform angular displacement, a top board 44 connected with the top end part of the back wall 42 so as to freely perform angular displacement around a horizontal axial line, and a bottom wall 45 movable to an extended position approximately horizontally arranged between the front wall 41 and the back wall 42 and to a retreated position approaching the front wall 41 and arranged approximately in parallel.
