PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a die device when pressing at a high speed. SOLUTION: The die device 1 comprises an upper die 2 and a lower die 3. A stripper plate 5 provided on the upper die 3 is hung by utilizing a hanging bolt 12 inserted in a punch plate 6 and a backing plate 7 located on the upper side thereof, the outer circumference of the hanging bolt 12 is partly covered with a spacer 14, a lower surface of the spacer 14 abuts on the stripper plate 5 during the pressing, and an upper surface thereof abuts on the punch plate 6.
