PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveniently and rapidly solving out a nucleic acid applicable to almost all organisms having a cell wall. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for solving out the nucleic acid from the organisms by heating the organisms in the absence of a salt or in the presence of a low concentration of the salt. The invention is applicable even to an organism not having the cell wall. Recently, species are classified based on sequence of a ribosomal DNA and many species are extremely easily classified by combining this invention with the same. |
