<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head and its manufacturing method, reducing vibration transmitted to a golfer's hands to achieve a milder hitting feeling while enhancing adhesion between a face member and a head body for a sense of unity and excellent strength. SOLUTION: The golf club head 10 has a face member 11 with a flange part 11b molded by forging and overhanging throughout its periphery toward the side opposite to a face. The face member 11 has on the inner peripheral surface of the flange part 11b a grooved part serving as a machined part 20A having the function of absorbing vibration.</p> |
