PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culturing apparatus constituted so as to able to uniformly and rapidly mix a charged chemical solution in a liquid layer part in a culturing tank. SOLUTION: A chemical solution-charging nozzle 4 is installed in the liquid in the culturing tank 1 and a chemical solution is mixed with compressed air in a charging line 3 and the mixture is charged through the charging line 3 into the culturing tank 1.
