PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide boots with a novel structure which can realize comfortable wearing even under such severe application environments as high or low temperature or high moisture by improving breathing performances for efficiently lowering internal moisture while enhancing adiabatic and heat reserving properties. SOLUTION: In the boots, multiple lines of vertical channel vent paths 21, etc., are formed extending vertically over the entire inner circumference of each body 2 of cylindrical body parts and the upper ends of the respective vertical channel vent paths are made to communicate with vent holes 31, etc., opened outside while the outsides of the opening parts of all the vent holes are covered with a hole concealing protruded piece 32 to make a concealing structure 3 in a blind state. On the other hand, the lower end side of the vertical channel-like vent paths is made to communicate with the internal space of the shoes part 1 below the cylindrical body part or is made to substantially communicate therewith.
