PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dry clothing by increasing an opportunity to bring the clothing into contact with air for drying by repeatedly exposing the clothing under heat until air cools by reducing a situation that hot air for drying is cooled by one-pass (one-time) contact to the clothing without sufficiently using a quantity of owned heat for drying and the heat is discharged to the outside. SOLUTION: An air circulating means 23 is provided for inhaling air inside a spinning tub 4 and exhaling air into the spinning tub 4 again. Thus, the clothing can be exposed under hot air before dehumidifying and the opportunity to bring the clothing into contact with hot air for drying is increased.
