PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of slippers capable of using for an extended period of time and reducing running costs by preventing fiber of hem cloth for bordering from fraying in end parts. SOLUTION: A periphery of a sole 2 is bordered by the hem cloth 10, wherein an end part thereof is folded back and a folded piece 33 is formed. A cloth paste is applied on the surface of the folded piece 33. One end part 10b of the hem cloth 10 is placed on the other end part 10a, and they are sewn by a thread 11. The cloth paste permeates the end parts 10b and 10a of the hem cloth 10, and the thread 11, and sets. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the hem cloth 10 from fraying in the end part 10b.
