PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold an arm part supporting a parasol in a smaller size. SOLUTION: The arm part 43 for getting a shade member 42 hung therefrom is provided with the first link 45 from the tip of which the shade member 42 hangs, the second link 46 for linking a point in the course of the first link 45 and a strut 44 under a rotary pair and the third link 47 which is rotatably connected to the support 44 while having a crank part 48 to rotatably support the end of the first link 45 with the crank part 48. The arm part 43 is extended or folded by rotating either the third link 47 or the second link 46.
