PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hospital room for a patient during infection which prevents the bacteria of the patient from spreading, considers the human right of the patient during infection and also secures safety of medical staff. SOLUTION: An air conditioning means in a hospital room is provided with a plurality of air-conditioning operation modes, that is, a normal operation mode for making pressure negative inside the room, a medical treatment time operation mode for considering safety of medical staff and a night operation mode for considering the human right of the patient. Then the operation modes are properly changed-over in accordance with situations.
