PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed device in which a type of packing packed up on storage and conveyance can be small. SOLUTION: A bed device in which a head board 11 is placed in one end in a longitudinal direction of a substrate 1, wherein the head board is provided with a pair of side plates 12 arranged with alienating and opposing at a predetermined distance in a width direction of the substrate, a modesty panel 19 both ends in a longitudinal direction of which are fixed to one end in the forward and backward directions of this side plate, a back plate 22 both ends in a longitudinal direction of which are fixed to other end in the forward and backward directions of the side plate, and a cabinet 35 both ends in a longitudinal direction of which are fixed to the upper end of the side plate and at least the side plate plus a cabinet and the side plate plus the back plate are connected in a way able to disassemble by connecting tools 25 and 43.
