PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for joining an extruded-shape in which in the case the extruded-shapes having a plurality of hollow parts partitioned with partition walls are butt-joined along the longitudinal direction, a necessary strength of the joined part containing the neighborhood of the partition walls is obtained and working for joining is easily performed, and a product of a frame assembly using this structure. SOLUTION: In the structure 10 for joining the extruded shape, one pair of the extruded shapes 1a, 1b each composed of an aluminum alloy and having one pair of the hollow parts 2, 2 which are partitioned with the partition wall 3 along the longitudinal direction are butted with each other along the longitudinal direction of the extruded shapes 1a, 1b at the end surfaces of the shapes. Then, in each of the hollow parts 2, 2 communicating the one pair of extruded shapes 1a, 1b, a join material 6 having the outer shape profiling the inner shape of the hollow part 2 and having a hollow part 7 and composed of the aluminum alloy, is individually inserted. Further, one pair of butted extruded shapes 1a, 1b are welded (joined) W along the interval between both end surfaces. |
