PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle feeding sewing machine in which a needle feeding quantity can be finely adjusted and the needle feeding quantity can be changed by simple operation. SOLUTION: In the needle feeding sewing machine, the rotation of an arm shaft 1 of sewing machine is transmitted to a needle feeding rod 4, an object to be sewn is fed by moving a needle in a fabric feeding direction and the needle feeding quantity can be changed. The needle feeding sewing machine is provided with a plurality of linking members 3 and 12 for linking the arm shaft of sewing machine and the needle feeding rod, a first connecting link 11 with one terminal side connected to the connecting points of a plurality of linking members, adjusting members 11, 13 and 15 which change the swinging quantity of the needle feeding rod by changing a swinging motion center 11A of the first connecting link and are connected to other terminal side of the first connecting link 11, a spring 17 for energizing these adjusting members in one direction and stop members 22, 132 and 133 which are abutted to the adjusting members and stop these adjusting members at arbitrary positions.
