PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a space for relaxing with not only excellent moth-proofing function but also excellent interior properties indoors and outdoors by using a thin semi-transparent fabric with ventilating properties. SOLUTION: The thin semi-transparent fabric with ventilating properties is formed into an article so as to constitute a solid with a ceiling face and outer peripheral side faces with lengths whose hem parts reach a floor face and with a definite volume and a plurality of slits are formed through definite intervals toward the longitudinal direction at least on parts of the outer peripheral side faces. It is possible thereby to constitute the solid with a high ceiling part and with a definite volume inside to form an occupied space at a specified place and to apparently improve the interior properties indoors and outdoors and to functionally improve relaxing properties in a specified occupied space by hanging it on a ceiling and a wall in a room or on a standing tree and various structures outdoors.
