PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants type throw-away diaper which imparts an excellent wearing feel of not stimulating the skin in wearing to a user, is not inadvertently torn in wearing and has joint parts which can be easily torn in disposal. SOLUTION: The joint parts of both side edges of the pants type throw-away diaper formed by joining both side edges facing each other of the front and rear bodies of pants members are formed of a multiplicity of joint lines arrayed to be made longer in a direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction of the joint parts along the longitudinal direction of both the side edges and the arraying intervals of the joint lines are made denser than the other joint parts in the joint parts near the aperture around the waist and near the apertures around the legs.
