PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotary shaft and a connection mechanism from being damaged by, for example, an earthquake. SOLUTION: In this flocculator, a rotary shaft A1 and A2, which are coaxially arranged in parallel, are connected to each other through a link mechanism 8 allowing deviations in the axial directions of the rotary shafts A1, A2, the directions orthogonal to the axial directions, the slope directions to the axial directions, and their compositional directions, thereby the rotary shafts A1, A2 are rotated while allowing any directional deviation of the rotary shafts A1, A2 by the link mechanism 8.
