PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective cleaving method for obtaining a receptor protein from a fused protein, and to provide a method for obtaining a receptor protein from a fused protein, characterized by enzymatically cleaving an amino acid sequence in a ligated portion or its peripheral portion of the fused protein. SOLUTION: This method for obtaining the receptor protein from the fused protein, comprising cleaving the ligated portion or its peripheral portion in the fused protein comprising the receptor protein ligated to a tag to obtain the desired receptor protein without cleaving the sequence of the protein portion, is characterized by using a non-specific endoprotease. |
