PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person to be measured to know a change in living body data such as basal metabolism, internal organ fat quantity, BMI so as to be easy to understand the same. SOLUTION: This living body measuring instrument is equipped with a means for inputting the individual data including age of the person to be measured, a means for inputting the basal metabolism of the person to be measured, a means for storing a basal metabolism reference value by age, a means for comparing the inputted basal metabolism with the inputted basal metabolism reference value, and a means for displaying the comparing result. The person to be measured can soon judge which age his basal metabolism corresponds to. |
