<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal joined material formed by laminating and joining a metal base material and a conductive plate without using a high-temperature process and a parts with used the same. SOLUTION: The metal joined material 20 is obtained by subjecting the surfaces facing each other of the conductive plate 26 and the metal base material 28 housed in a recessed part 34a of a cylindrical body section of a vessel to activation treatment under an extremely low pressure, abutting, superposing and laminating a flanged section 34b of the cylindrical body section of the vessel in which the metal base material 28 is kept housed and the conductive plate 26 and subjecting the laminate to air tight press welding in a vacuum or reduced pressure state to form an airtight vessel 30, then subjecting the vessel to hydrostatic pressure pressurization processing, thereby laminating and joining the conductive plate 26 and the metal base material 28. Parts of a heat pipe type heat sink, etc., are produced by using this metal joined material 20.</p> |
