PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary napkin which is easily arranged in the center part of a crotch part in underwear without giving a deformation force to the base part of a leakage preventing part when a force is added from side parts. SOLUTION: The leakage preventing parts 15a and 16a are formed on the front surface of a front surface sheet 12 along joint parts 20, 20. Extending parts 15b and 16b are arranged at the outer sides of the leakage preventing parts 15a and 16a. A flexible area M is formed between internal reinforcing sheets 12c and 12d, internal reinforcing sheets 18a and 18b and reinforcing sheets 24 and 25 in the extending parts 15b and 16b so that wing parts 6 and 7 are easily bent from the flexible area M. Besides, a part with the arranged internal reinforcing sheets is made to be a buffering area D so that the force is not directly given from the side parts in the case of arrangement with respect to the leakage preventing parts 15a and 16a.
