PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam heating device which can heat an object to be heated with good temperature accuracy by steam of about 100 deg.C, without adverse influence o gas such as air. SOLUTION: A steam supply pipe 3 for supplying steam is connected to the jacket part 2 of a reaction vessel 1. Temperature response valves 5, 6 and ejectors 7, 8 are connected to a liquid or gas supply pipe 4. The suction chamber 16 of the ejector 7 and the jacket part 2 are connected to each other through a check valve 17. The actuator unit 24 of the temperature response valve 5 is communicated with a temperature sensitive cylinder 23. When gas such as air is accumulated in the jacket part 2 and its temperature is lowered, the temperature sensitive cylinder 23 detects it and opens the temperature response valve 5, thereby the gas such as air is sucked to the ejector 7 and discharged outside.
