摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe facility which holds a differential pressure between animal-breeding chambers and supporting chambers at a prescribed pressure to maintain air flows between the animal-breeding chambers and the supporting chambers in one direction, and simultaneously controls rotation speeds of air supply fans and air exhaust fans in response to the operation state of each animal-breeding chamber to secure the air-supply fans and the air exhaust fans and save energy, and to provide a method for controlling the facility. SOLUTION: This highly safe facility comprises animal-breeding chambers 1 and support chambers 2, 17 attached to the animal-breeding chambers is characterized by using variable air volume type fixed air volume devices 4, 5, 7, 8, 18, and 19 as all animal breeding chamber air volume control devices and disposing a fan control device for controlling the air supply fans 3, 3' and the air exhaust fans 6, 6' in interlock with the operation of each variable air volume type fixed air volume device. Thereby, the flow of air between each animal-breeding chamber and the support chambers is maintained in one direction, and the air supply fans and air exhaust fans are simultaneously controlled, while following the control of the operations of the variable air volume type fixed air volume devices. And the method for controlling the highly safe facility.
