CASTING MOLD FOR CASTING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granular aggregate for a casting mold which imparts high strength to the casting mold even in an undesirable surface state by static electricity and other physical effects, a method of manufacturing the casting mold and the casting mold having the high strength. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the casting mold comprises manufacturing the casting mold dividedly by a primary agitating and mixing process step of adding only the small amount of a polyol component among the binder components for the casting mold to the granular aggregate and agitating and mixing the mixture and a secondary agitating and mixing process step of adding the polyol component and polyisocyanate component (in some cases, a curing catalyst as well) to the aggregate and agitating and mixing the mixture.
