PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tightly finish not only a long-sleeved shirt but a short-sleeved shirt by hot blow in a shirt finish machine which tightly finishes sleeves by hot blowing. SOLUTION: The machine is provided with a body stand 2 for dressing a shirt 1, a pair of front and rear press irons 6 for pressurizing the front and rear part of the body stand 2 to press-finish the shirt 1 and a pair of left and right support arms 7 arranged at the both sides of the body stand 2. An iron stand 10 where the sleeve end of the shirt 1 is inserted and set and a heating iron 11 for press-finishing the tucks and cuffs of the shirt 1 are disposed in the upper part of each support arm 7. Cramp devices 12 for holding the sleeve end of the short-sleeved shirt 1 and fixing it are respectively arranged in the upper part of each support arm 7. A rotating device 13 is arranged in each support arm 7 which rotates the upper part of the support arm 7 having the cramp devices 12 and positions the cramp devices 12 at the side parts of the body stand 2 in an opposing state.
