<p>Nucleoside and nucleotide compounds and their analogsprodrugs are provided. Particularly contemplated compounds include 1bgr;Lribofuranosyl1,2, 4triazole3carboxamide, which may be modified andor phosphorylated. Contemplated compounds may further be combined with other pharmacological compounds, especially including Ribavirin, antibodies, and cytokines. Preferred uses of contemplated compounds include use as an antiviral compound, antiinflammatory compound, antineoplastic compound, and as a compound to stimulate cellular growth.</p> |
