PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make efficient soil improving work possible by decreasing the frequencies of the overload abnormal stop of a crushing and mixing machine. SOLUTION: This controller has a raw material soil feeder (8), the rotary crushing and mixing machine (7a) for crushing and mixing the fed raw material soil, first and second rotary actuators (13 and 19) for driving the rotary crushing and mixing machine (7a) and the raw material soil feeder (8), respectively, a load sensor (14) for detecting the load of the first and second rotary actuators (13 and 19), a raw material soil speed sensor (15) for detecting a raw material soil feed speed, arithmetic means (10b) for computing the permissible time of overload in accordance with the raw material soil feed speed and the preset maximum length of the stones which can pass the rotary crushing and mixing machine (7a), overload deciding means (10a) for judging the overload state or not in accordance with the detected load and control means (10c) for controlling the overload of at least either of the first and second rotary actuators (13 and 19) by judging the overload abnormality when the continuation time of the overload state exceeds the permissible time of the overload. |
