PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the uniformity of a static magnetic field. SOLUTION: The temperatures of permanent magnet 1M1 and 1M2 and permanent magnet blocks 11 embedded in the respective parts of a base yoke YB are adjusted by heaters to improve the uniformity of the static magnetic field Bo. The uniformity of the static magnetic field can be adjusted by inversely utilizing that the temperature characteristics of the permanent magnets are large. Since local temperature is regulated, an unintended temperature change can be prevented and the static magnetic field becomes strong against the temperature change.
