PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a adhesive plaster excellent in terms of operability and hygiene. SOLUTION: The adhesive plaster (10) has an absorber (16) which comes into contact with the user's legion; a tape base material (18) which is bonded to the surface on the side opposite to the side on of the absorber (16) in contact with the lesion; a tacky adhesive tape layer (20) which is formed to the absorber side of the tape base material (18) and is stuck to the skin of a user; first packaging paper (14) which is bonded to the surface of the tape base material (18) on the side opposite to the absorber (16); a release paper layer (22) which protects the surface of the absorber (16) by adhering to the tacky adhesive tape layer (20) when not in use; and second packaging paper (24) which is bonded to the surface of the release paper layer (22) on the side opposite to the absorber (16) and is peeled together with the release paper layer (22) from the absorber (16) and the tape base material (18).
