PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety and to increase pleasures on the side of a user and profits on the side of an amusement park, or the like, in driving of a cart. SOLUTION: A person to drive the cart wears a helmet 2, in which a receiver 1 is incorporated for receiving voices from an instructor. Besides, the cart is provided with a controller composed of an accelerator lock means and a brake operating means to be remotely controlled by the command of the instructor. When driving of a driver seems dangerous, according to the command from the instructor, danger is avoided by remotely controlling the relevant motorcar for amusement. Further, the driver has an obligation to attend a lecture in advance.
