PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of cycles while evading drawback in manufacturing technology and tool exchange by improving a cross rolling machine having a form described at the begining. SOLUTION: A pair of rolls are mechanically connected to each other with two machine frames 2a, 2b which are constituted by a modular constitution system and driven by common driving parts 14; 15a, 15b; 16a, 16b.
